Welcome to Kona Shoji Design, located on the Big Island, HI. We have been building shoji door systems and selling shoji paper world wide since 2005.
We build custom shoji panels from solid wood. We offer custom doors, windows or modesty panels for home office or RV. We have several PVC laminate options in stock and ready to ship. Our acrylic is all special order and will be drop shipped directly from Osaka.

The shoji paper we sell comes from Japan and ranges from the traditional to sturdy PVC laminates or acrylics.

We like to work with our customers to make sure they get the correct shoji paper for their use, so don't be afraid to ask us a question or two before you place your order.

Refunds
Refunds are made in a timely manner and must have been authorized by Kona Shoji Design. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
A $10 restocking fee will be charged to the customer at the time the credit is issued. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless other arrangements are made. There are no return credits for the Extra Wide Shoji paper we sell.
